Soup's good but the noodle texture on these are an acquired taste, not your usual ramen noodles…

  They are different but the only thing I really noticed is they are more 'al dente' (and take a bit longer to cook) than the regular squiggly form noodle, but I personally enjoy it way more because the regular style tend to get soggy so quick and lose all their bite unless you cook them way less (and even then the residual heat makes them soggy in the end). These feel more like the ramen I ate in Japan. They are definitely a bit chewier and not for everyone.
