Good value for 1.4-1.6kg of lamb cutlets fully trimmed for $52. Even supermarkets sell them for $42 a kilo not trimmed!.

Also good value for beef rump steaks at $25 a kilo. I have had ranger valley steaks before they are quite good. definitely restaurant quality steaks.

  • What's the best way to cook this? I have a Weber and normally cut them into cutlets and sear.

      On a Weber I'd probably cook whole over indirect heat until just before medium (thermometer is everyone's friend!) then sear it direct to finish.

    Not sure if I'm missing something, but isn't the price per kg around $32.50 (assuming 1.6kg) to $37.14 (assuming 1.4kg), plus delivery?

    Still cheaper (and presumably better quality) when compared to supermarket prices…
