Standing Desk Frame - Best Options

I've seen a few posts around here discussing various standing desks & frame options. I'm keen get a frame only and DIY tabletop as there are plenty of good options from Ikea, Bunnings, DIY from coated Plywood suppliers, etc. but wondering if anyone has experience with the options at various price points?

Linak Kick and Click Economy Kit Frame (e.g. https://www.sittostanddesks.com.au/heightadjustabledesksshop…) - $673 with LCD display + memory option, european design (make the Ikea motors, well known quality supplier). 5YR warranty
Lazy Maisons Motorised Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk 80KG Dual Motor (e.g. https://lazymaisons.com.au/collections/sit-standing-desks/pr…) - $335, looks like JieCang manufactured. 5YR warranty. Reasonably well reviewed.
Other various other options around the ~250-350 mark (such as Artiss, no name brands with but look like they all have the same manufacturer), bargains posted here

Are these cheaper options just simply good value for money now due to mass production or is it worth forking out double the price for a higher end manufacturer? Do you actually get better quality, stability, durability, etc?

  IKEA is a good guarantee of quality vs price paid. Anything else might just be a hit and miss.

  Yes - the Idasen uses the Linak frame (not the same one as in the link but still manufactured by them), however the controls are too basic, no presets which is a deal breaker for me

  I've got the IKEA Idasen with the electric stand. Works great and links with an app that stores 3 preset heights. Have used it since start of COVID last year and has been so good for my lower back pain.

    I got Artiss frame only with 1.2m desk top that I got cheap from Officeworks. They are all about the same. The stability comes from getting a good desk top that doesn't flex.

Wondering how did you go in deciding on the desk? I'm looking for one and exactly in the same confusion whether to get these $400-500 desks or almost the double-priced branded ones like Desky, Zen Space, Omnidesk etc.
