              @jv: The system has no user-serviceable parts. With the exception of panel cleaning, which is at the discretion of the customer, there are no maintenance costs to be expected during the service life of the system.

        I'm pretty sure that Growatt inverter is not a hybrid inverter. You will be swapping out the whole inverter if you add the battery system later

            When you say ac-coupled inverters, do you mean hybrid inverter? Is that part of your @3190 price or if not, how much extra is it? thanks.

              @bargainuser: AC coupling is the use of a separate Inverter for the batteries. Tesla Powerwall 2 is an example of an AC coupled battery.

    AC coupled in this case means by using other components you can connect a battery. So the TL-X is "capable" but not "ready" like the TL-XH. The difference in price is $375 inc. GST. We dont recommend hybrids unless you intend to hook up a battery straightaway. Reason is that the technology moves on and by the time you want a battery, newer more efficient components are likely to be available.

    Hello OP, I am from SE Qld. Just wondering split level homes are classified as two storey?
    My place looks like it’s a 2 storey building from the front but in reality you can access the roof from the back and it’s like a 1 storey building.
