Poco X3 Pro Often Failing to Send Smses, When It Does It Sends Twice

Hey all, any ideas would be appreciated.

My mate just purchased an X3 Pro on my suggestion, and is running into some issues. He's in strong reception, but SMSes are frequently failing to send. When they occasionally do go through, it's sending twice.

The carrier is TPG

Anyone heard of this issue?

  Is RCS messaging turned on or off? You could try toggling it on / off and see if it solves the problem

  Another thing to check is system time. Make sure time is set to auto and time zone setting is correct
