Playing the free weekend on a new gaming PC right now. It looks pretty but I'm reminded constantly why this is such an average game. I would trade a huge map for a much smaller one that has way less 'takes you out of the game' moments.
I cant see the free weekend option on steam - where is it?

I found the repetitive and excessive tower climbing in the Far Cry 3 sucked any interest out if the gamed or me. I was an avid player of Far Cry 1 and 2. I haven’t been back since 3 and every review of the later games mentions the ridiculous amount of busy work. Are any of them worthy of the effort? Or are they all templated busy fests like assasins creed?
I get mine from a pirate ship
cheaper at multiple places if not interested in steam (everyone goes through the uplay launcher anyway)
