Realme C3 Wi-Fi Shows "No Data Connection" Every Now and Then

I purchased this phone in June 2021 and every few minutes it shows "no data connection" in the wifi settings, whenever this problem happens, wifi will not work unless the wifi setting is turned off then back on or waiting a random amount of time between 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

I have tried forget network and rejoin and turn phone off and back on however that doesn't fix it

I know the problem isn't my router because I have 12 more devices (phones, TVs, computers, tablets and game consoles etc) of different brands and none of them have this problem

Was thinking of formatting the phone but I really don't feel like doing that

I'm curious if anyone else with a realme c3 has this problem or not.

    What wifi router you are using and what’s your actually wifi settings on that router ? Are all of your other 11 devices on the same 2.4Ghz network as well?

    Devices on my 2.4Ghz have connection issues from time to time, regardless of the devices. Reducing the channel bandwidth form 40Mhz to 20Mhz may help with device coexistence.

    Had a C3 here for a while and it worked perfectly on wifi.
    In an attempt to narrow down the cause have you tried it on another wifi network?

    Hi, I have a realme c3 and c12 that randomly disconnects wifi and is similar to what you are experiencing. My current work around is to connect to the guest wifi network on the same router. The phones don't lose wifi when on the guest network. I am waiting for the Android 11 update to see if it makes any difference to the c12
