Ok, just did a deep dive to find out more. Will & Co were founded by a bunch a mates, one of whom is the Managing Director (big boss) of Vittoria. Interestingly, Vittoria is an Australian brand, founded decades ago in Sydney. The main bloke who founded Will & Co also established Batlow Cider and Capital Brewing. He now runs a payment gateway invoicing system thing for alcohol suppliers and venues. Can tick of my ‘learn something new today’ goal.

Not really.
for those interested, Will & Co is at least partly owned by Vittoria. I've not had the coffee in a few years but it never tasted significantly different to Vittoria to me and I'm not sure that it's really specialty (in terms of scores/quality, traceability, sustainability etc).
