    I was planing on getting a projector at some point, but the way things are going, I'll just get a giant screen tv. Yes projectors can go much bigger at 150" or whatever, but their HDR performance is crap.

            @Vieira4: Youre talking $10K for an entry level model for them. Even still brightness is barely over a couple hundred nits and black levels are still badly lifted. Its like an average LCD panel. The high end models i dont think are even sold here as they would be probably 30K, maybe only through special orders. OLED and Dual Cell offer basically perfect blacks. Don't try and compare black levels on a projector. Im guessing you've never seen an OLED in a dark room before.

                @Vieira4: You can get the biggest size possible but doesn't change the picture quality, brightness, contrast, black levels etc. Projectors have great size but lack in every other department. I, like most people have seen $100K projectors in the best cinemas and it doesn't hold a candle to picture quality you can get on a flagship TV. If you're in a dark room with an OLED or Dual Cell, you don't notice the black bars because its the same colour as the room… Black. Maybe you're comparing it to mid level LCD so you think its comparable to a projector. Its a huge step up

      I love the "big" of a projector. Bought a BenQ 4K for about $2500 from the US with 4 year warranty and throw it over 3.5m onto a 3mx4m screen. Along with surround sound, its a great cinema atmosphere. That said, a mate's 55" OLED makes me want to watch movies all over again. The projector will eventually go into some kind of living room space with an even bigger screen, but waiting for big TV's 80" OLED to drop in price to become the main screen.

      There isn't a 200hz native. Its either 60 or 120. In Australia they limit the hz to 100 or 50 on panels only for the TV broadcast signals. But Apps, HDMI, USB, ports etc can still get the full output of 120hz.

    Just giving my experience- I grabbed the KD75X9500H (Seconds) on eBay's Sony Store for $2896 back in late April and it was faulty. The TV would turn on, audio would work but the screen would have no image. It would then intermittently work then stop while watching. After 3-4 weeks with chatting with support and creating a PayPal case they arranged to collect the TV and issued me a brand new model as they had no more seconds units left. Great service all round from Sony's eBay team!

      They're not great as neither have x wide viewing angle. So blacks will look grey and brightness and colour will be washed out on bigger angles.

          Its usually only the highest models that have the wider angle viewing. QN90A, X95H etc
