  Melbourne store gave away 100 KURIMU Choux at its opening 2 years ago.

  KURIMU is an addictive dessert creation - an éclair-inspired choux pastry, piped full of crème custard and rolled in a nutty crème patisserie topping.
  What does it taste like? Heaven, but you'll have to join us to find out for yourself

  Really average. The one I had didn't have that much cream and was really dry. My girlfriend's into Japanese desserts and she said she didn't like it as much.

  Having eaten similar ones in Japan, I think I'll pass too. Wasn't that impressed. At least not enough to queue for chance of 1 free.

    I think it was 100 when the Myer Centre branch opened too. Haven't had the Japan ones but have tried the Kurimu choux from both the Myer and Garden City stores, and both were far from dry. I quite like them, and would buy again.
