Good sunscreen that I use for my toddler and will now probably use for myself as well. Rubs in nicely and doesn’t smell too bad. Made by Ego that tends to make good skincare. Don’t forget to ask your pharmacist to label it if sending it with the kiddo to daycare (most require you to)

The stock I bought expires in Apr 2023

Sorry no stock left on the Gold Coast (I bought the last) but looks like it’s available in quite a few places still when I checked postcodes.

  • Whats different in Junior one? Less chemicals ?

    • Not actually sure… says it’s for sensitive skin. All sunscreens contain chemicals, I find the super natural zinc based ones to be hard to rub on. I just get it as it seems to work and I can’t stand the smell of the one our daycare uses so get this instead.

  • Why/what is on the label the pharmacist puts on? Does that stop you from using supermarket sourced sunscreen?

    • No, it’s a requirement of the day care centre. If you want to use your own sunscreen the centre requires it to be labelled by a pharmacist, same for nappy rash cream. It’s pretty silly as it just has the kid’s name and ‘use as directed’ but pretty much all centres have this policy, and pharmacists will only label if you buy from them.
