Tuggeranong MYER will close its door to the public on the 10th March 2012. They started their closing down sale around two weeks ago with new offers to begin each thursday until the store closes. Worth doing some christmas shopping with 50% off toys

Menswear: 40% off full price merchandise, 30% off youth, extra 50% off already reduced
Womenswear: 40% off full price clothing (excluding concessions), 75% off already reduced clothing
Bars and undies: 30% off full price bras and undies, 50% off already reduced
Miss shop: 30% off full price clothing and accessories, 50% off already reduced
Cosmetics: 40$ off personal care items, 40% off already reduced fragrances and makeup
Shoes (few pairs): 50% off already reduced
Accessories: 30% off hosiery, 75% off already reduced, 30% off full price accessories and handbags
Childrenswear: 40% full price clothing and shoes, 30% off already reduced
Toys: 50% off full priced toys, 75% already reduced
Stationary: 40$ off stationary, gifts and frames, 50% off cards when you buy 2 or more, 50% off already reduced books and stationary/frames
Electrical: 20% off cameras, 30% GPS units (+others, can't remember), 15% small electrical
Homewares: 40% off bedding manchester and towels, 40% off full price homewares/kitchenware/glassware/cookware, 25% off confectionary

Be warned that last weekend it was as if a legion of cashed up shoppers raided the place…

    I'll have to heck the sale out sometime, although I went to the Harvey Norman Woden closing down today, and it was a nightmare (without too many decent deals). Any idea what's happening with the Myer space?
