I bought from this company recently and I would not recommend it. They're very nice and responsive before you've made payment, but once payment clears the customer service becomes non-existent. There were significant delays in the delivery of my product (understandable given covid) with zero communication about the delays (unacceptable). The courier service they use has horrible ratings and are not flexible with regards to dropping off items (they do it whenever they want, rather than organising drop off on a day when you may be able to get work off).
The product itself was good but not worth the headacheDo not buy from these people they are fraudsters.
Bought a bed and was sent the wrong colour and the refused to refund without a restocking fee when it was their fault. Also it took a month to arrive and the base came first within a week then the other part arrived 3 weeks later and it was just sent from Sydney so should’ve have been much quicker.
Terrible customer service you can never get through to them, they never reply to emails. Do a little research and you’ll see heaps of bad reviews.
They should be investigated by Vic Pol
They also seem to have changed their company name once before after they built a bad rep.
Changed their name and kept operating with same poor processes and staff.
Looks flash, like Michael Jackson.
