Just ordered a torch from ledtorches.com.au late on wednesday last week, and still havent received it (despite delivery stated to be by Express Post). I am also struggling to get any email response from them questioning when and how posted.
Anyone have experience with them???
I have never had any problems with them and I have ordered three torches form them over the last year. I usually call them however.

Received the item today but it was strange. I was home all day yesterday but it wasn't delivered. Then this morning at 7am the item was there. Something funny going on with that, but I do wonder when it was actually shipped. They sent it from and to postcodes within the Express Post network and after receiving an email on Thursday telling me it was shipped it should have arrived Friday.
At the end of the day I did receive the torch and am happy with the price, but if they responded to their emails a bit more timely it might have helped.
it could be issue with POST rather than the store. However they should reply quickly for such issues.

As of now, I have yet to receive the order or a response from them.
Think I better call them tomorrow.

I called this afternoon and there was no answer.
I gave it some thought and decided to start a dispute on Paypal.
Pretty much immediately, I received an email from them saying my order has been cancelled.
So….they have the time to cancel my order but not reply my email or call.
Just to let everyone know, I started a dispute on Paypal with Marco (ledtorches.com.au) three days ago and I received ABSOLUTELY NO reply on Paypal resolution center, email or a phone call back.
hmmmmm i was going to order from these guys very soon, i think i'll hold off :/
