  • As someone who drinks Aldi red, but would like to get a housewarming gift for a relative, are either of these recommended?

The relative specifically stated they wanted to fill their new wine cellar with Penfolds, however I know nothing about Penfolds…

The bin 28 is the "go to" wine for chefs at the end of the shift. The 389 is the "baby Grange" .. as a gift the 389 for someone who appreciates wine. The 28 if they're just going to open it up for a barbie.

        No chef can afford 28

Bin 389 will be very well received

  • 389 is a wine to be cellared. I bought both and won't be touching my 389's for 10+ years. A bit of as waste to drink young. Bin 28 is approachable more quickly in my opinion although I personally like to age them as well.

  • 28 is cheaper at first choice with the 10% off and cashback

  • How about Bin 8?
