CamelCamelCamel Doesn't Show The Lowest Price

I noticed the TP-Link Kasa power board pop up on camel for the 'best price' of $43. Looking at the price history of camel, it doesn't show the lowest price its been, but at the time when it was $25, camel graph has a dotted line. Is this normal of camel to do this? If so, how do we know if camel is giving us the best price?

Deal posted at 11pm, expired in 12.20am. The current Camelx3 page says last scanning was 47 minutes ago, so I'm guessing that the price changed in between scans.

e.g. This current deal last scanned 2 hours ago.

    Explanation:

One (the “tracked” sub-group) contains all products which have at least one price watch, and the other (the “untracked” sub-group) contains the products with no price watches. All groups (and sub-groups) are updated in parallel, which usually means the smaller groups and sub-groups update faster than their counterparts. The lesson here is simple: if you want a product’s price checked regularly, create a price watch.

As you can see, many of the products in our system are updated every few hours, some hourly, and some multiple times per hour.

  • Awesome, thanks mate

  • I still havent figured out how to get amazon au wishlist price alert through camelx3.
    How do you do it?

  • Also sometimes the discount only shows up after you add the item to the cart. I don't think camel can track that as well.
