    • Pretty sure this stuff is hand rolled?

It's good, but I'm not convinced its $40 per 100g good.

      • -1

well, you paying for it's marketing expenses, packaging, and IQ tax if you buy this.

Costs about the same at an Asian grocer for this particular kind of tea unfortunately.

You must be brimming with it then because it's 'its'.

    Cheaper here: https://www.tealife.com.au/products/buddhas-tears
It is 27.95 per 100g. If you buy 200g, it is $49.95.

    • I haven't seen these guys before… have you used them before?

      • +1

Yes. They are in NSW - marrickville. I ordered and they shipped quite fast.

Is there anything special about this green tea vs "regular green tea"?

    • +4

It gives you unmatched tranquillity. It's Buddha's tear afterall

    • +1

I think its one of those things where you probably acquire a taste.

I haven't tried this but from doing a bit of reading at least part of the experience is watching the tears unfold as you brew?
This is jasmine green tea and I doubt the average Joe would notice a difference

  • Is it expired? Now the price is $56…..
