  For anyone rushing into this, it seems it's an inflated RRP. Every website has these for the same or similar prices including Mizuno themselves

    No doubt. Who here would pay RRP though. Still got a pair of Wave somethings for my son, and he likes them well enough. I didn't see the model anywhere else for as cheap a price atm, and he really needed a new pair of sneakers!

    The buying experience from these guys was a little janky though, with the shoes received in a half box - the lid having been cut off and disposed of who knows where. The shoes did not present like a brand new unworn pair, but seemed to be a return, or in store sizing pair, with the toe stuffing missing for one shoe and laces half removed on both. I don't mind that stores resell returns, but they should go to the trouble of repackaging them properly so that they present like new. The receipt of product (and still an expensive product let's face it) looking so obviously like a demonstration or return item is shoddy. Feels kind of like they're offloading less retail-worthy stock onto online buyers. Would have completely sucked if I'd bought them as a gift.

    The shoes are pretty nice looking though, and the kid is happy, so we'll leave it at that.

        I couldn't agree more. But that doesn't make these Mizuno any better looking. I've always just assumed that the various running brands deliberately make their trainers look ugly.

          @C0mbat: function over aesthetics. which don't necessarily mind but they seem to dial it up a further notch with some questionable colour schemes lol
