Purchase With Harvey Norman Gift Card Cancelled - Unable to Contact Them on Live Chat

I paid for my laptop with a gift card yesterday, but it was rejected. The gift card amount has already been withdrawn.

I sent an email to the security team and I've been waiting for live chat for 6 hours now, but no answer.

Is nobody working because of the COVID?

If anyone knows please reply.

      They may have accidently issued the same card number to someone else..

  • Took them 5-6hrs to get a response in live chat about price matching a product.
    Just had it open in the background. Very understaffed I believe, but saved $400 soo 🤷‍♂️

    • Why wouldn't you just go to a JB or GG and get it price matched instead you gave your money to Gerry after waiting 5 hours 🤦‍♂️

  • I live chatted last week. Waited about 6 minutes. I know lots of Oz B likes to bash HN, but they are ok for customer service most of the time

    I'm currently waiting as my order is under review, waiting to be confirmed by their security team. I paid with giftcards like you and I can't get in touch with anybody via live chat or email.

    Was it a accidental double click. The 1st click payed and ordered. The 2nd tried and there was no money left. Did the laptop come eventually. Why no follow up so others can see what happened
