• A free 4-part, self-paced digital program
• The program for women seeking to change careers or returning to the workforce & women not currently working in the tech industry
• Modules include Opening minds, Aligning skills, Overcoming barriers, Inspiring action.

    They don't. Men can do it if they want, just that it likely pivots from/on core limitations/barriers that women commonly experience in the workplace (imposter syndrome, lack of confidence, not being taken seriously, inability to speak up, being spoken over, etc) which men may not experience as often or as strongly
