    I already contacted the seller who said they were posting it and apologised for the delay because of austpost issues. That was on 6/09

    23/09 - tracking said it's still "being prepared by the sender".

    I'm ok with cutting some slack because of covid etc but purchase was made just shy of 30days ago………
    My amazon purchases aren't delayed that much

      I have just escalated mine via paypal. As a former customer I will NOT be back. They replied with just a tracking number, no carrier, tried default AustPost and it comes up with "No tracking history" Its now 26 days c'mon.

        They gave me another austpost tracking number because they are "resending the parcel"
        Somehow it is still stuck on preparing parcel after 2 days.
        After reading your comment I decided to escalate with PayPal too.
        It's been 31 days for me………….

          Haven’t received mine either. I contacted them and was blamed on system crashes.
          Also a previous customer and disappointed. Something seems not quite right.
          Guess it’ll be a PayPal escalation.

    Anyone else get a delivery that wasn't quite what you expected? Instead of a one litre bottle, I got four 250ml bottles. It's the same volume overall but when you buy a bottle to match your existing conditioner, it's a bummer.
