I'm Low on Budget but Which RAM Is Better for P/P

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently upgrading my system but I'm gonna upgrade COMBO Main Ram CPU first. Due to my low budget, I can only consider i3 10th + Main and RAM. I'm looking those RAM modules here and I'm wondering if anyone can explain me which one is best out of 3. (they're price similar in my location)

My friend advised me to go for Colorful as their Batte AX brand are really good for gaming
But I'm keen on Gskill Ripjaws V

I would love to hear you guys opinions, Thanks in advance

    Timing wise Gskill Ripjaws V (8Gb - 2800Mhz - CL17), but I reckon you can find 3200mhz CL18 kit around the same price

    2666Mhz at CL19 is 14.2535633ns latency
    2800Mhz at CL17 is 12.1428571ns latency.

    2800Mhz kit is better.
