Not as good as the Samsung Galaxy deal previously posted on here but think this deal is still good for a dual core phones thats nearly as powerful.
Great for someone that cant afford to buy a phone outright like me :(

  • Previously I posted from Vodafone $29 cap plus 2months free but this still worked out cheaper by $38. Plus you get bit more credit than voda.

  • I must admit, I have never been keen to deal with a company that calls itself "Crazy…".

Evo 3D is also available for this plan. Similar specs but heavier and looks a bit bigger too.
Sensation is a better choice. So many ROMs available on xda, modaco, rootzwiki, miui forums!
Sensation is a great phone for its screen res, ability to mod to 1.7MHz and Beats etc, as well as the many ICS ROMs.

The plan looks pretty good if 400Mb is enough and if you can benefit from FREE talk/txt to VF/3 customers.

Yes I am a HTC fan, I recommend Sensation right now but there's a lot of options out there right now, as the new wave is about to hit, of upgraded Quad core Android phones. :)

Happy to advise anyone who is interested in Sensation.

PS. Sensation also can use a MHL cable to connect to your HDMI TV!

    • Hi,bizi
do you know what's difference between sensation xe and xl?!

      • +1

Sensation XE = Sensation but with Beats Earphones and Beats logo at the back, small minor changes such as higher clock speed. Sensation XL = Android version of the HTC Titan. Since Vodafone has sold out of the Sensation XE, I'd recommend getting the regular Sensation, specwise much better than the XL.

      • Agree with Feepitee, main difference is Sensation XE is same as original, plus slightly larger battery capacity, runs at true speed and comes with Beats. All these can be upgraded from Sensatio if you wish.

Sensation / XE have tons of ROMs if you want to root / use an unofficial ICS Android 4 ROM and get the speed bump to 1.5, 17 or 1.79ghz.

Vodafone AU may not be updating the official ROM yet though.

Vodafone network/towers, until the new network is sorted could be a gamble. Had issues with it before

    • Im sure every network isnt perfect and yes voda is the worst but they have improved over the months. Im on optus network and I too get random dropouts and bad reception here and there. I believe the phone you use can also add to the problem. My friends use vodafone and they havent had much problems as some state on this forum.
I dont see any other network offering great phone on a $25 plan.

Vodafone is not that bad if you live in a metro area. Never had any issues. They are no different to any other carrier.

They have done many network upgrades in the past year in many areas across australia. Give them a break… companies can change.

      • And when they do change, I might too.

You get this phone at kogan in 359….maybe even cheaper at other stores….so I don't see this as a very good deal……

    • how much calls and data does that include?

    • Not everyone can afford to buy outright so free on $25 a month is a ok deal if you include the cap. In the plan you get $200 worth calls n text and 400mb of data.

    • kogan dont sell nextg compatible evo 3ds, and this one is.
