55" TV with Android TV - Not Worried About Budget

Hi OzBargain.

I am in search of a 55" TV with Android.

With all the discrepancies between international models making YouTube reviews somewhat a waste of time, can I please have some recommendations based off experience with the product.

Any help is appreciated.

Not too worried about budget or brand. I prefer quality.
OLED or ULED please. No IPS panels like that F***** Australian version of the Hisense U8G.

    Then just choose the best LG or SONY 55"

      LG is not andriod, although OP can add an andriod box to the TV so not a major issue.

    EDIT: sorry it doesn't come in 55 inch, so you would have to go to the A80J which does.

          Really. Wow. I'm surprised. I guess that would be good for future proofing if you're doing a lot of gaming.

    55C1 or the Evo series, I've got the 77C1 so can answer anything app related
