I find people complain of MSG as if it was risk factos causing "cancer" or some kind worst side effect. Majority of studies havent proved those side effects rather than individuals or bias claims. It is similar to some retards claim $2000 In-ear monitor cable can make sound super over $50 by feeling and against all measures or researches.
Probably won't give you cancer but the after taate and thirst will certainly make an unpleasant experience. And once you get used to it you sort of relying on it to make food palatable and lost the ability taste the true flavour of certain food.
MSG is awesome for those time you realised you've not drunk enough water.
