    Does anyone know when Bonds' live chat is open? I just checked now at 1:12pm and it says it's currently unavailable. I emailed them last week and no response. Both my orders still show as processing. How do I get in contact with them?

    Just a heads up for anyone still waiting on their orders! My order has just arrived today but on their website my order still says “processing”, the only update I got since ordering was that it was on its way today. It sucks that we have to wait this long but atleast it came through

    One of my orders just randomly got cancelled with no warning or notification and refunded. It's the order I wanted to cancel anyway but Bonds said they couldn't. Hopefully the order I actually want doesn't get cancelled

    Order date 8/9, 2 items still "processing". 1 item apparently "shipped" on the 19th, but haven't received anything in the mail. Tried clicking the tracking link in the email and it takes me to a blank page with a sign in prompt which is sort of like a google chrome prompt- nothing happens if I try signing in with my credentials. Emailed them 2 weeks ago, and still no response. The worst service I've ever had with any retailer by far, feels like they just took my money and disappeared

      Also has anyone else's order been "shipped" over a week ago, but have not received anything in the mail, or a notification about it from Australian Post? As well as the tracking info in the email leading to a dead link?

    I ordered 3 hoodies. One arrived last week. Sent a query about it last week and heard nothing. Sent another today and got a reply that my two hoodies were refunded. No other explanation. Not happy. Just searched 'Champion' on the bonds site and nothing came up.

    Had 2 orders. The one I placed on the 9 Sep got delivered 24 Sep but I got an email from Aus Post saying that it was coming on the 23rd Sep.
    Second order was placed on 8 Sep and just arrived today out of the blue. Didn't get an email, just a text message saying that my order was arriving today. Not sure if it's Bonds or Aus Post that needs to pull it together.

    Took weeks of chasing to get a refund and no real apology.

    I left a negative review on their website which got "moderated" (not posted) for not meeting their guidelines. That took them only hours, whereas my emails was not responded to for weeks.

    Maintaining their reputation means more to them than customer service.

    My tracking has not moved since being received and ready for processing on 16 September. Multiple emails and calls and no refund. Now they're not even taking calls. An absolute nightmare to deal with.
