YouTube Livestream/Google Opinion Rewards Loophole?

With Google Play credit earned from Google Opinion Rewards, you can either spend it on Google Play or you can donate it to YouTube live streamers. So what's stopping me from 'donating' to myself if I was able to YouTube livestream?

Edit: I've earned close to $30 over the past 4 years. Free money?

    Important to add that you can't spend Google Opinion Reward Credit/Google Play credit on anything besides in app purchases and apps on the Play Store. For example, you can't buy something from eBay or AliExpress with Google Play credit.

      I don't think many if any people thought they could go onto EBay or Aliexpress and use Google play credit.

    • Except as otherwise agreed to in this Addendum and subject to Sections 5.1(c), 5.4 and 5.5 below, Google will pay to Provider an amount equal to 70% multiplied by the greater of: (A) Commerce Revenues, or (B) the Suggested Retail Price for the relevant Commerce Content (if applicable). Google will retain the remainder.

    I spend most of my Google Play credit on a Google One Subscription ($2.50 a month for 100GB cloud storage) (and have earned a total of $265.77 since 2014).

      Any apps you've bought with your earned Google Play credit/apps you reccomend? Or have you just used the credit for your Google One subscription?

    create app that has in app purchases that buys gift cards or pays to PayPal
    or create app that costs 100 bucks for people to buy (sure app store take a a cut but still)

      These type of apps used to exist but google shut them down.
