I found their feedback to be basic at best. Inadequate for anything but grammar and formatting advice. If you are after anything approaching a human who understands your content, or the intent of your writing, then you are out of luck.

do you know if they check cover letters and resumes? I thought it was school subjects only?

  Apparently, they do cv and cover letter checks through libraries.
