    4K@30Hz just doesn't work. found it in a hard way. thought my mouse was faulty or something as the pointer keep jagging and lagging. then thought it was Mac's fault. finally fixed by a 4k@60Hz cable after a couple of new mouses. damn.

      Yeah, I also didn't think it would be that noticeable. It's worse than simply a 30hz refresh rate - it seems to cause genuine lag across the board.

      30Hz is almost unbearable. The HDMI on my current USB-C Hub doesn't go beyond 30hz.

      I've end up buying a USB-C to HDMI cable that does 60hz. SO MUCH BETTER.

    Just giving my 2 cents. I have had this hub for over a year now and it has been great. I used to connect a 27" FHD monitor no issues and now with a 27" QHD monitor also never had any issues. I just wish the cable was a bit longer!

      Appreciate your input - are you able to confirm whether your QHD monitor is running at 60Hz?

        Yes, it is running at 60Hz. The monitor is Dell S2721DGF which is capable of 144Hz over HDMI, however seems like the max refresh I can do is 60Hz over this USB-C to HDMI Novoo hub.

      I've got an issue with a generic usb-c hub where if you cut power to the hub the laptop blue screens, I was thinking to replace it with one of these but I'd hate to have the same problem. It even happens with this https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B092VKH7JX/ref=ppx_yo_d… power supply when you plug something else in to one of the other ports, very annoying. Can you confirm if this has ever happen to you with this usb-c hub?

        Update: For whatever reason, the hub has been disconnecting if I move it ever so slightly. Kinda annoying.

    Are the NOVOO 7 in 1 and NOVOO 6 in 1 adapters compatible with a Surface Pro 7? The Surface Pro 7 doesn't appear on the list of compatible devices.

        Hi again, I note for the NOVOO 6 in 1 adapter, the Surface Pro 7 is on the incompatible devices list. This differs to what you mentioned.

        To avoid any doubt, are the 5 in 1, 6 in 1 or 7 in 1 adapters compatible with the Surface Pro 7?
