Check Your Flybuys Points - How Many People Dont Get The Bonus Points?

Been following my transaction history closely in my Flybuys account. 1 out of 6 of the "2000 bonus points" from my First Choice/ Liqourland purchases have applied over the last few months. Been sending emails to FB help with no reply. I also have $2 off up to 5 cartons of beer from First Choice in Aug / Sep… yep..none applied.

I'll be reporting them to consumer affairs again. Suggest others check their accounts.

    I just finished one of those spend x each week for 4 weeks on Sunday, still no 10,000 points. A bit concerned because the promo dropped out of the app, and I didn’t get the usual confirmations on my receipts apart from the first one. I phoned and was told it was all good couple of weeks ago. Don’t fancy being done for $50 by Coles.

    • Same here! Didn't get the 10000 points! DMed the flybuys twitter account and got told it's forwarded the message!

    • Screenshot everything.. In my experience they will hit you first with " the points will turn up in 4 weeks", and hope you forgetm, and or the promo disappears off the Earth. If the points don't apply up front, you will need to submit the screenshots

  • It's a bit of a joke frankly, missing points seems to be a theme with Flybuys. Everyday Rewards I have no issue and points credited very quickly. Flybuys please up your game, take a look at how efficient the Everyday Rewards system is. It should all be automated.

    If you purchase the product you should be entitled to the bonus points on offer and not have the be chasing them up.

    Checked, and I have $50 worth of FB points missing.
    Emailed them, but am getting the run-around.

    I have the offer emails, but no screenshots of them being accepted. I did check they were in the "Activated Offers" list at time of purchase, but of course they have disappeared.

    In both cases, there was more than one offer current at the time, and I only got the smaller one.
    e.g. a "spend $x each week for 3 weeks" and a "spend $y in a 3-day window" offer at same time.

    That has not been a problem before.

      Got invoices and proof the offer existed, then thats all you need. (the date wont match though as the invoice date will be when the order was filled, not when you ordered…they will try and snake out of it with this).

      I got most of my points issued after following up.

    • I got the points after a bit of email back and forth.

  • I am so over flybuys, coles group need to sort this out, 3rd call to customer service chasing missing $40 First choice credit, each time I'm told it'll get credited and they are sorting it, nothing, just blatant lies. Only have to look on here or product review to see so many finding the same. I never check credit points so who knows how many I haven't received but I'll know in future
