  Might get this for WFH, the headset I was issued with was basically reject shop standard and the cable gave out leaving it mono - surely this is better 😂

  Received my headset today. The audio is REALLY soft for me even on 100% volume. It is definitely not usable for me… is there some sort of manual volume control on the headset?

  EDIT: found it! there is volume slider on the mic side.
