Hey guys,
Anyone knows much about TW Steel watches, in particular the model CEO Tech 4044. I quite like this watch but most deals on ozbargain are either Casio or citizen watches.
Will much appreciate if someone can comment about it.

Unfortunately TW Steel is one of the many fashion watch houses, not in the same echelon as the watch enthusiast level of Tag, Omega, etc.
Founded in 2005 it sits with other cheaper brands such as the gofundme startups (although it does have a fair bit more going for it, swiss movement and it's 100m water resistant)
Seikos and Citizens at this price level are good because they're not pretending to be something they're not.
As for the watch admittedly i actually quite like the look of it. If it were me though i'd forever be looking down at it wishing i had the real thing (a Hublot) which tbh is a young money wankery watch.
Save up, get a tag heuer or something with history/story behind it.
These tend to depreciate like a rock.
As much as I like Omega Rolex Orient Seiko and those kinds of enthusiasts brands I feel like people should just buy what they like and what they can afford.
TW Steel is a decent brand IMO… they are inexpensive fashion watches that concentrate on the BIG.
$300 isnt a big deal on a watch… you wear it for 3yrs and you've spend $100 a year.
Rubber strap on $1200 watch?
Tacky. At least that's a Rolex I suppose, though it is ugly.
Wait till you see a rubber strap on Patek.
Then wait until you see how much it costs for said rubber Patek strap. You will literally sh1t cereal.
TW = fashion = poor quality

This is the kind of style I like. I do also have a few G shocks, some other Casio/Seiko dress watches.
I liked the look of TW Steel, however, I have no idea about its quality. For $300 I am happy to buy, if the quality is good.
Your current favourite is a classic. Good choice.
TW are not good quality. Bad choice. Just no.

I know it's not, but it looks very generic and cheap to me. Especially with the rubber strap and white "TW STEEL" writing. Looks like something off Aliexpress.
