eBay eGift Cards No Balance, Purchased from PayPal Digital eBay Store

I purchased quite a few ebay gift cards a while ago with discount, all working good except a few, which I discovered recently.
The not working ones were manually sent by Andy Lee instead of system generated.

Is there anyone having similar issue? could be duplicated cards?

Hard to believe it was stolen because only a few not working, while other gift cards are still valid.
Have redeemed all of them now. But want to check if anyone experieced similar issues.

· Review the payment details and click Confirm and Pay.

Please ignore the previous email from PayPal Digital Gifts containing a claim link to the gift code – this is invalid.

If you ordered multiple gift codes which were affected, you will receive multiple copies of this email from us each containing a new gift code. Be sure to keep each of the emails as they contain unique gift codes.
