    sizing is weird size 13= US12, UK/Aus11. No UK12.

      Sizing was spot on for me , I am US13 in all shoes, got 13 and they are perfect.
      Great Uggs got a pair at start of winter. Fast sipping too.

      You should check where they’re made, where their sheepskins are from , where their sheepskins are tanned and precut!

    I bought a couple of pairs of Uggs from these guys via the infamous BuyAussieNow sale. After eventually arriving and then sending a pair back because they weren't what I ordered I was finally very satisfied with my purchase, albeit at the end of a Brisbane winter. Great quality and pretty much true to size. I still think mine are a fraction tight but I'll surely stretch them out next winter.

    Another post to say I've made purchases from UggAustraliaOfficial before and been satisfied with the product. Glad to support local manufacturing and Australian made products.

    In the middle of a bit of an exchange debacle onto my 3rd exchange for correct size (fault lies with me initially but UggAustralia's for the second time). But customer service has been excellent and happy to assist. Slow postal times but that's more Australia Post and COVID issues than UggAustralia's fault.

    If anyone is concerned about size, go one size up from what you'd normally wear i.e. US 10, get a size 11 UGG. We've found in the past it's not been the sole size that's the issue but getting the foot into the boot, so going up a size give you the room to slide in.

    I just received mine but they weren't in a box and the lining is not wool - it's synthetic! @uggaustraliaofficial what's going on? Did I get a dud pair? Can't believe everyone is stoked to receive these when you could get a pair for $30 for Target that are the same 😡

      The whole boot is Merino X Sheepskin. There are no liners, literally the whole boot is Double Face Sheepskin. We also offer a Gift Box for an extra $7 on the checkout.
