Terrible Delivery Experience with OzGameShop

I can't believe my experiences with this retailer, you pay for express and it comes with regular postage, and is missing half the items.

You might want to put some more info then just seller bad and I can't believe it.
They aren't a put everything in one box/bag seller just like Amazon it can be from one place for item A and another one for item B. I've had one order arrive over the space of a week.

Can you do me a favour can you tell me what the package/bag says in the top right corner on your postal address side? Thanks :) (this goes to anyone that has gotten a package recently.)

This is how my OzGameShop deliveries arrive: https://i.imgur.com/pzrKNkz.jpg

It's pretty common for each game to be sent individually in a DVD-case sized cardboard box with just that basic sticker. Even for a single order of 4x in-stock PS5 games. All arrive separately.

I suspect the UK company (Xbite Ltd) sends everyone's batch orders to their Aus company (Wigglebug Pty Ltd) in Melbourne couple times a week, whom then processes individual deliveries locally with AusPost franking. Certainly far more cost-effective than sending individual orders direct from UK.

I'm guessing OP may not be aware these items get sent separately and frequently delayed at customs.

first time reading about this, where does it say this on site, I am waiting 34 days for an order, maybe I can wait 10 more

See the link to Delivery and Payment page in my above comment. It's in highlighted in a blue box at the top of the page

  • ok yep so I had waited 4 weeks for the first item, and the second still hasn't arrived, and I am still waiting for the rest of the order to arrive, their support told me to wait and still nothing, and I am not in victoria and nothing else has been delayed coming out of victoria, I also didn't expect that I had to write a novel to appease the intellectuals on here.

Sounds like you have gotten what's called a split delivery. Multiple packages given to couriers but then they are delivered at different times. I find this more common as services become further strained. Maybe ask them for tracking info or what the maximum time is that you should wait.

  • ikr, I bought something a month ago thinking it was at least from inside Australia

they promised 14 working day delivery

maybe if I knew they were actually an England based shop I would have looked elsewhere during a pandemic but now it's pointless to complain about it

if they at least gave me a tracking number at the beginning I could have looked it up with the post office
