So I have swapped 5 celebration for 5 ebay gift card. Some went through, some delayed until the next day but all in all I only got 4 Ebay gift cards instead of 5. Tried to raise the problem with them but they kept saying check your spam box. In the end they said they escalated it to the second level and I will be contacted in 1-2 days.
After 4 business days and nothing, no respone to my emails neither. Do you know a number I can call to get some update about this kind of issue? I still have about 5 more Swap cards worth $500 so very anxious about this situation.
