Samsung CLX-3185FW Wireless Colour Laser MFC - $199 @ Compluter Alliance (QLD)

100

I was looking for a cheap MFC Laser for someone and came across this deal from CA. It's the cheapest I've found with those sort of specs, including network capabilities. Comes with an onsite warranty which is nice.

Of course you can price match at OW and get a further 5% off ($189.05 down from their list price of $299)

Here's some specs:

  • Cool, OW has this as well… so price beat time.

  • $189.05 down

Actually, it's only a $20 saving on what these guys normally sell it at…

no point comparing the price to the most expensive one you find…

    • I wasn't referring to CA's original price, rather that OfficeWorks with price match bringing it down to $189.05 from the regular OfficeWorks price of $299.
Regardless, $199 is still the cheapest you'll see on staticice by $38.

  • Just a word of caution: I have set up the fax for one of these and their telephone and fax inputs at the rear are very hard to unplug from.

  • Is this with free postage? If not doesn't OW take that into account and include the postage costs with the price match?

    • yep, officeworks will add postage costs and according to the website, it will be $35-$100 for delivery

  • Just picked last one up from OW oxley QLD. They price beat :)

  • I have the non-wireless base model and am very happy with it. Prints are a decent and acceptably quick. I can only think of 2 things that are cons for me:
    - the scanner software saves stuff in awfully large file sizes. (compared to my old canon flatbed)
    - there is no pass through mode for paper, thus envelopes I print always come out crooked and creased.

Oh, and I purchased mine less than 10 months ago for $249!

  • WTH, just paid $265 for one!

Are you sure it's the Wifi one?
