Best PS5 M.2 SSD Heatsink on eBay

Hello ozbargain community,
With the m.2 ssd support finally released for PlayStation 5 users I’ve decided to get one for myself, since I got one without a heat sink what’s the best ssd heat sink that’s on eBay (already have a voucher to use). What actually fits inside the m.2 ssd bay?
TIA

What did (insert search engine here) say? I literally found some info in less time than reading your post :/

Not much, not many from eBay that’s compatible.
I found plenty of heat sinks online but I want to see what experiences people have had with them

You also could've just posted a link to said info in less time than it took to write yours…

I don't know about best as it's not a normal heatsink but review showed 15 degree drop and link says compatible with ps5.

I ordered recently for PC, haven't tested yet

    • That’s looks pretty good,
Let me know how it goes when you get it

      • Will do

  • If you don't mind the wait AliExpress has heaps of offerings like this. Just search for "m.2 heatsink" to get a heap of results.

    • Thanks so much!
This was the answer I was looking for.
      Ordered one

  • Out of curiosity - what instructions you following for the SSD upgrade? Does it void warranty? Also how do you know if your PS5 doesn't have a heat sink?

    • what instructions you following for the SSD upgrade?

This is from the playstation website https://www.playstation.com/en-au/support/hardware/ps5-insta…

      Does it void warranty?

No, its a seperate M.2 ssd bay that is very easily accessible and doesn't replace the internal 825GB ssd, just an add on

Also how do you know if your PS5 doesn't have a heat sink?

All Playstation 5 have heatsinks, but the new additional ssd must have some sort of heatsink for cooling
