Very decent headset. Another drop in price. Was $135 recently in august.
Note this is the closed back version
I know beauty is a subjective thing but that is one fugly headset.
I can't hear you over your RGBs.
I have a set of these and have found them super comfortable and the audio quality is excellent, at this price I might grab a spare.
I have the open back version. Definitely not as comfy as my ad700x which are a lot lighter, but still decent for price. Mic is good enough.
I have these.
Sticking my head in a Vice would be more comfortable.
Sound quality is qorse than my 20's which are 10 years old.
I had the open backed version of these and really liked them for the 6 months I had them before our rabbit chewed through the cord. Moving over to a wireless pair to mitigate that risk now.
I bought a pair. Only have used ath-ad700/ad1000, never a closed back from audio technica. These are have.. 48? ohm output impedience if my memory is correct so could actually make use of a headphone amplifier compared to normal 32 ohm headphones but still it doesn't need to be driven hard.
Even though I was in the market for getting a high impedience amp and a pair of dt880 600 ohm headphones the price of this was too good to pass up relative to its RRP (though it is now a discontinued product).
