Mifo.com.au - Are They Still Active? No Freight Information, Email or Online Chat Response

Has anyone received an item from this site recently.
They claim items are sent from Brisbane same day if ordered before 12pm AEST.
I ordered 2 items on 19/9/21 (8 days) & other than automated emails I have heard nothing.

  • Probably gone into the Void all Parcels have gone into since Covid-19.

    Assume they looked at your order 20/9 or 21/9 and (if they had stock) it was picked-up 23/9. That means at best you see it on or after 29/9.

    • I hope so, no "your parcel has been sent" & as I said no response to email or their online chat & no phone number of course :)
      Australia Post hasn't got anything coming to my address, the app usually alerts me when there is an item coming.

    Update: I left my chat window open & it was kinda answered at around 9:30pm. I got an email at the same time with the transcript. Around 5 hours after I opened the chat window it was answered with a generic email requesting my name, email address, shipping address & what I had ordered in order verify my request.

    I replied with the details & then received another email that my order has been processed, they are just waiting for my tracking details from their dispatch team.

    I will be following up further today.

    "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are still waiting for the tracking details to be available and you should receive an email notification when they will be available. Rest assured that your order is already processed and will be delivered any time soon."

    I mentioned the same day dispatch, but got no response about that.

    I will try again tomorrow.

    I received the same email overnight yesterday apologizing for the inconvenience. So still no shipping details.
    Overnight I got an email to rate their response to my queries.
    I replied that my questions have not been answered to date.

  • Update 30/9/21 : Received an Australia Post notification that my mifo australia item is on it's way. Item received & ready for processing @ 8:55am 30/9/21.

  • Update 1/10/21 : Ordered 13 days ago : The item arrived today. I never got any information from support at all. Popped up in my Australia Post App only.
