Made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel which is considered a good quality stainless steel (I think Victorinox used it but I'm not 100% sure)
Looks like a bargain for the price

    All that says is he bought a vg10 Zhen knife which has a fat end so can't cut thick things like potatoes very well, not much of a comparison when one knife doesn't work properly

    At this price, it's probably worth a gamble, especially since it looks a lot like a Victorinox

    But seriously, I worked in A commercial kitchen for 10 years, most used knife was my $25 guisser messer stamped knife. Where this will likely fail will be the heat treating in comparison to say a victorinox etc.

    That said most Chinese name ever. To cool spelt wrong 😂 almost bought one just for that lol
