Where are your skins from?
Where are they processed?
Are the boots and slippers hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.

    Not impressed with the QC on last ones I bought (Prince). Apart from obvious defects in one slipper, the sole is very hard and thin - is not comfy. Be warned.

    Bought a pair of their UGGs in a previous sale and they have to be the worst quality UGGs that I've ever had. The wool just continuously falls out during typical use. I now have patches inside that are completely bald. My previous pair of UGGs I had for 5+ years with regular use and the wool never fell out like these. This is definitely not normal. 100% Australian made but not the best quality? Bit sad.

        I'm saying something now because your quality is no good and I want others to be aware of the issue?! Is there something wrong with giving an honest review? I haven't contacted you as the boots slowly deteriorated over your convenient 3 month warranty. Which is now expired. Initially I thought they were OK for the price but now I think not. True quality is how they stand up to the test of time and your products don't have that.

                  Thats why you see me on your posts. Well that and the constant spamming of not bargains.

                  If you look back even further you will see where I was upvoting you guys until the problems started to roll in.

          Well he might have a claim when he bought it from you, but maybe he hasn’t bought them from your place. I bought some years ago from Groupon someone claiming they are real Uggs, but I don’t believe they are. They also loose a lot of wool (if that’s what it really is). Looks more like some sort of fabric but not wool…

            So many copies, it’s frustrating…

        Hi there, I got them from UGGs since 1974. They have a store in Sydney CBD where I got them. You can likely also buy from them online. They were my first and best pair. This was the replacement pair and highly disappointed.

    Have I missed this deal ? When I click on the link it takes me to the Womens ( not Unisex ) and when I add Mens to the cart - Prince "PRI discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart"
