Employee Prepaid MasterCard/Visa

Does anyone use a system where employees are given a prepaid MasterCard/Visa for incidental work expenses so they don't have to use their own card?
Preferably one that can have a fortnightly budget set/auto top up
Occasionally online purchases in USD are made too so low international fees would be idea although currently they use their own card so we get ripped off as none of them use Citibank/28 Degrees/etc

What systems like this exist? Tried to do something with CBA but they just didn't have anything suitable.

    Just load funds and easily track all your purchases for travel, entertainment and supplies. Customise it to suit your needs. Even issue additional cards to your employees. And, as always, enjoy all the services and benefits of Mastercard.

    No idea who issues them though, will have to do the rounds asking banks.

    When I worked at a bank, there was something called an Employee purchasing card..
    It's a credit card strictly for work purposes only (for me it was night-shift taxi return home)

    If you used it accidentally for personal purposes you needed to reimburse the company immediately.

    I've only ever heard of a company credit card not a debit card.

    Unsure why you would want a prepaid reloadable MC/Visa? It would tie up free cash / capital by sitting in each card.. opportunity cost for the cash to be doing something else useful, no?

    Why not do company issued credit cards with lower limits?
