Cheap Overnight Parking in Melborune CBD during easter long weekend

Any tips for scoring cheap overnight parking in CBD during easter holidays? I will be staying at RITZ and they are asking an outrageous $30 per night

Plenty of undercover parking at the multistorey complex at Docklands, near where the Southern Star observation wheel is being rebuilt. $5 gives you 24 hours. A little bit out of the way from CBD but reachable with free City Circle tram.

Drive in on Friday night. Pick up ticket. You are supposed to pay for your ticket before you exit

Throw away ticket.

Come back at about 7pm Easter Sunday as the St Kilda vs Gold Coast game is finishing. After the game finishes, all car park exit gates are thrown open.

Drive out. Total cost for weekend: $0

  Thats a great tip……If only i didnt need the car during the day time to explore Melbourne and do great ocean road trip
