Where can I get these snacks?

Hey peeps, howdy

Does anyone know where I can get the below (or, good alternatives to #1 & #2)?

1 - KP Salt & Vinegar peanuts - they're only £2 in the UK, there's a few international sites that delivers them however the shipping is an absolute killer (~$50), they're proper vinegary, unlike the Nobby's junk found in Coles/Woolies. Anyone who's had KP before, is there an alternative available that's easily accessible?

2 - Da Bomb Ghost Pepper Nuts - pretty much all sold out in AU, used to make the trip to The Lolly Bug on Great Western Highway but they're still closed. Is there an alternative to really spicy peanuts in the realms of ghost/naga/trinidad/carolina reaper/etc?

3 - Samboy Atomic Tomato/Lay's Spanish Tomato Tango/Lay's Zesty Tomato/Smith Tomato Ketchup

4 - (in Sydney) some convenience stores (Redfern Convenience Store for example) sells various chips brands that's not found in most places, brands such as Herr's/Takis/Blair's, does anyone know other places that sells these brands?

5 - [unknown] - used to find them in Woolies in the candy section, it's two sticks to a purple packet, think twizzlers but with filling, the outside is chewy and sweet, and the inside is sour with a chewy texture and light specks of crunchy sugary bits. I know this is terribly vague… Have looked through all the confectionary sections of coles/woolies/target/kmart/big w, alas no luck, I seem to recall they used to sell them in Shell (can't be certain).

Thanks heaps!

  • 5) I think they're the Fabulicious - probably the sherbet fizz variety. They used to be Wonka branded, but now done by RJs.

3/4/5 should be available from most candy stores that do US foods. A quick google of "US candy Sydney", brought up retail stores and online.

The nuts will be a little rarer, and I suspect you would have to pay the high postage for a direct importer.

    • 5 - oh holy moly, I think they're it! I did come across Fabulicious but saw that they were advertised as solid and didn't venture any future. Thank you so much!

  • 4) Try your nearest IGA.

    • Yep this. Thai Kee used to stock it, not sure if they still do.

    • That is one place I haven't tried, crossed my mind but seeing that their website doesn't list all items I dismissed it, shall see where there is one near by. Thank you!

    1. They were recently being sold in Aldi as a weekly special - Samboy Atomic Tomato and Samboy BBQ. Check as they may have some left over rock still in store.
    • Ohhhh excellent, I shall have a gander, thank you!

      • I meant item 3. Typo.

  • For Samboy Atomic Tomato they're pretty easy to get in WA from Spudshed stores (I think some igas). You'd just have to deal with postage costs of the cartons

  • Snack brands Australia (Samboy) is based in Sydney,
Why not call and ask where your nearest stockist is. 1800501441
A lot of the convenience stores order from Bonfect in homebush. You need an ABN as they are a wholesaler.
