  • The price on these goes up and down all the time. I got two @ $25.89 each a couple of days ago. I didn't post it as they seem to cycle through different coupon values and they're forever changing. When I purchased there was a 30% off coupon. Torch seems very solid for the price.

Not surprised by these Chinese companies. Only was checking via previous ozbargain listings. I paid $27 something last time lol. Decent but gets a bit hotter than my other no name 18650 torch.

      • Yeah. I guess the point is if you miss the lightning deal it's sure to be back around that price soon enough if you keep watching.

    • So would this be a solid deal for its price? Not sure how high/low it goes

    • Yeh got a deal notification from Amazon.. gotta love that discount

Just had a look at previous deals and comments for this torch. Found there was an overcharging issue https://budgetlightforum.com/node/73921. Although this was some time ago.
Not sure if this is the "updated" model or not though. The forum thread mentions that it was fixed and stock was updated in Amazon, but it points to a different seller "RX Technology" … https://www.amazon.com/WUBEN-Flashlight-Rechargeable-Tactica…

Amazon q and a suggests this is the updated fw version… ymmv

They fixed it. I got one but it only charged to 3.75V, ordered another also 3.75V, contacted them they said it's like that now.
Should charge to 4.2V to get the best performance but whatever, recommend using a seperate charger.

  • How many hours does the battery last? Edit: found it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtteex8w5gc

Honestly, this torch is great. If you're looking at it, just get it. I have the Nitecore Tip SE which I also really like and is a fair bit smaller. But that torch is less bright (in most circumstances) and costs twice this price. They both recharge via USB C which is awesome for keeping in the car.

  • Nice. Battery-included
