Hi fellow ozbargainers,

Looking for pdf software that is able to print to pdf directly with logo and letter head

N.B. Sorry for unclear. I mean print directly to pdf template with logo and letter head (replacing paper with printed letter head and logo)
(i.e. word document (with NO logo and letter head) -> pdf template (with logo and letter head)

Any suggestion please

    Create a doc in Word and save as PDF.

    Try the free edition of pdfcreator, https://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator. When installing watch the additional bits it tries to install.

    It installs as a printer and you can print from any Windows app to PDF or a graphics file(s) if you want to. I have used it for the last 15 years to create PDF's or print PDF's to PNG files that I can then incorporate into other docs as the original PDF was protected and did not allow copying.

    You can create a Word Document template, add you data in there and just save as PDF.

    Why can't you just have the logo and letterhead on the Word doc? Set up a blank Word doc with the logo and letterhead and save it as a template.

      set up in word doc, save as .dot (document template), why use PDF when you could have this as a template within Word for whenever you need it?
