AliExpress with PayPal No International Charges?

Hi all, usually i pay with ING direct for all international sellers but recently noticed that aliexpress didn't charge international fees. Is this correct? I may want to use credit card for future purchase for some reward points.

(i can see charges and ING rebates to me the charges in my transaction fees, but my recent purchased have no international transaction fees charges)

update: I have looked of my transaction on my ING acc, apparently (i maybe wrong), aliexpress may have shifted the merchant transaction to AUS from SIN. below are my transaction records. My recent purchase in October doesn't have any international transaction fees anymore.

    • Yes, I am using PayPal. I remember last time got charged with international fees even with PayPal. So, it mean it is PayPal service improved but not AliExpress?

I have used Debit Card and PayPal (linked debit card), multiple times on Aliexpress and never charged international fees.

    • What op was asking is about using those standard credit card that usually charges 3% international fees with PayPal in AliExpress specifically. Yes you can use some debit card the likes of UBank without the fees charged.

  • Is ING [international transaction rebate] (https://campaigns.ing.com.au/cards)
