Was looking to secure my curtain strings to keep them safe from the kiddies, found this freebie from the State Government.

Not sure if its been posted before or widely known.

Each kit contains 5 blind cord hooks.
Maximum 3 Kits per order (total 15 hooks)

    They are saying at least 21 kids in Oz have died like this since 2001 .
    I wonder how many have died from being squashed from an object falling on them and I think a much bigger problem .

      Good approach. I sometimes hear comments along the lines of "we don't have kids so no need to address risks to kids". So many injuries to kids are when they're visiting other kid-free households.

    If you have Roman Blinds then consider getting one of these to tie off excess cords when the blind is open.

    Will this work for Cats ? The other option should be fine if you have Cats and this works.
