          • @Chelito404: Thanks for the reply buddy.

Good thing you have tracking, I have no tracking number at all.

Not sure why they handled the shipping differently.

            Fingers crossed.

  • Anyone received their order yet? I haven’t and zavvi didn’t provide tracking.

    • I just got mine just then. Im in Brisbane and was sent by CourierPlease.

      • Thanks for the update. Enjoy your batmobile!

  • Mine was last checked in Melbourne on the 15th at customs. What's happened in the last four days is a mystery though lol.

    • Yeah same! What is this lol. Apparently came to Sydney and went to Melbourne, now it has to come back up.

I could've picked it up from the airport 😂

  • Got mine yesterday. Box got damaged. Something punch through near the edge about the width of a finger, so have a dent/hole about the size of a hole punch hole just above the dark knight symbol. Not happy, but half expected coming from OS. Ironically I would almost guess the damage came locally from Couriers Please.

    • Oh no, not Couriers Please! I’m dreading when mine shows up now.

    • my order from zavii came today (different product) and the box was completely ripped open, and the edge was torn. anyone could have stolen the contents. I've heard shocking stories of zavvi before but still surprised

      • I would say its the local courier probably at fault but would be hard to prove

  • Anyone in NSW receive theirs yet?

My last notification was: 19th Nov 2021 13:11:00 TRANSFERRED TO PARTNER CARRIER in Melbourne, Au

Going to check with DAI Post and see what is going on.

    • Yup I’m in NSW and had the same last update from the 19th.

      • Well an update for my NSW peeps, I just got off the phone with DAI Post, the company responsible for shipping from London to Australia, it actually got cleared in Sydney customs and he is going to pass it on to I.T to fix that error. As far as the shipping goes, they are waiting for their partner courier which has been identified as HGL Logistics for NSW, to send and update there end to DAI Post. He said should arrive tomorrow or next week, and most likely huge delays in their network. This could be due to a variety of factors. It's in a warehouse in Sydney, should just look for it and pick it up at this point.😂

Basically, extra patience, it will get here soon. 😩🥲

        • IT error? Sure sure. -_-

        • Not HGL; the partner is HGR Logistics Pty Ltd in Blacktown NSW. Hope people get theirs, I am still waiting for mine. Seems like a small courier company.

    • Yeah, my tracking finally updated today too. I love when a package from Melbourne goes past my area (about halfway between) on the way to Sydney.

So next week at the earliest for me. Kinda salty I missed the cheaper Target deal from earlier today but if this wasn't a price I was okay paying I would'nt've bought it in the first place. Biggest concern right now is the condition of it when it arrives. All these horror stories of damaged freight has me worried.

  • I still haven't received it either, I live about 3hrs away from Melbourne. Last tracking details was…
20th Nov 2021 09:52:00 TRANSFERRED TO PARTNER CARRIER MELBOURNE, AU
Hoping its just going to appear soon.

    • Just got an email: "Your DAI Post - MEL parcel is onboard for delivery" and that "We will deliver your parcel today."

Rarely get mail delivered on weekends here (last Christmas was the exception) so great if true.

  • I’m in Melbourne, got mine yesterday. Box is not mint, just a very minor dint but it’s ok considering it came from UK and I’m buying to build.

  • +1

Arrived safe and mostly sound. One edge of the box is a bit puffed out, I assume the parcel's been thrown around a bit and the contents inside actually pressed the cardboard out. Nothing horrible at all, thankfully. Odd that the box is bigger than the 1989 Batmobile even though that had like a thousand more pieces. Maybe it's just larger pieces? Gonna put this together next weekend while watching Bathurst.

Hope all those still waiting have their arrive safe!

    • +1

Mine has just arrived too, a corner of the package box was crushed, but the content is still fine.

  • Well I think mine has been delivered to the wrong state! I'm in the ACT, got a notification just before lunch that it had been delivered so I walked to front door to check and ..nothing. Checked the tracking and it says delivered NSW! Called up couriers please and the rep cant contact the driver. I asked her to check the address and I'm its correct and she confirmed that its been delivered to somewhere in NSW. So has now raised a ticket.. Any thoughts on where to go from here? Ask Zavvi for a refund?

    • +1

That sucks mate. I'd wait for Couriers Please (more like "Couriers? Please!") to complete their process because you'll need all that info to show Zavvi if you have to go to them for a refund/replacement.

You made someone's day though, even if at your own expense!

      • +2

Update - walked outside this morning to find my package delivered and in perfect condition!! No idea how this came about as there is no change in the tracking status from the previous day but I'm not complaining! Good luck to everyone else who are still waiting for their deliveries.

        • Happy end!

        • Bruh, that's awesome!

I live in NSW greater Sydney and still nothing smh. 😩

          • @Chelito404: Same. Still waiting. Ugh…

Could have got it from Target when it was on sale for $250

            • @first in line: Thanks all :) Any news on your orders? fingers crossed today is the day!

              • @ElHefe: FINAAALLLLYYYYY!!!!!! It arrived today.

Perfect box condition as well, my goodness I'm so happy with the purchase.

I think maybe heaps of people purchased product and HGR Logistics were worn out in NSW. Seems like a small business. Whatever the case, I'm glad it arrived. Interestingly I did not hear the delivery until walking out of the house. It seems they just drop it and leave.

Hope you have the same experience with perfectly received box.

                • @Chelito404: got mine. Side of box is crushed on mine even though they put bubble wrap. Not impressed :(

  • I'm in Melb, just got notification that it has been picked up by Couriers please today lol……hopefully get to my house next week some time.

  • Still waiting on mine. No tracking details and Zavvi is saying it's coming from their new Technicolor warehouse so they don't have tracking details for me (whatever that means).

Looks like I might open a dispute with Paypal soon.

  • Have many received theirs yet? Mine's been sat at a depot in Blacktown since 17th Nov. Zavvi aren't able to advise anything further except that I should wait until Jan 8th, at which point I'll have missed Christmas and it will have been about 50 business days since order… It's been 25 business day so far…

    • Mine is in Blacktown as well since 23/11

  • Couriers please in VIC have had mine since 03/12 apparently. Still no sign on getting it or update in the tracking……hopefully next week I guess….

  • Mine was sent apparently on the 7th of Nov. Had tracking with no updates except that it had left the warehouse and now it says there is no record to the tracking number. Shame since my other parcels from Zavvi have all arrived without issue.

    • An update from Zavvi, apparently they were "unable to deliver successfully and the order is now classed as lost in transit." Whatever that means…lost, stolen, parcel or shipping label damaged beyond recognition. Decided to go for the refund and try locally if it comes back in stock. Oh well, I was bound to have one Zavvi parcel give me issue after 4-5 coming through without any problems.

  • Mines apparently still stuck with Couriers Please in Melb, they have had it since the 3rd of December. No reply to my form from their website and phone number I couldn't get through to anyone. Tracking hasn't changed since then to say they have it. Hope it turns up soon….
